Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- This week’s fugitive is 20-year-old Jamal Paisley, who was placed on probation for assault in July. One month later, police say he was gone.

“They’re given a break, they’re given a chance and they don’t live up to their expectations for probation and the warrants are going to come out,” said Fugitive Task Force Supervisor Joe Ciciarelli.

There are many more warrants – like Paisley’s – than there's manpower for, so that’s why Syracuse Police could really use your help on cases like this.

“It's really important we get the public's help on cases like this, so we can dedicate other resources for other cases,” Ciciarelli continued.

Paisley is 5’8” tall and weighs 180 pounds, with a medium build. If you know where he is, call the Fugitive Task Force Tip Line at (315)473-7625.
