Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police say this week’s fugitive has been stalking his ex-wife despite a court order to stay away from her.
45-year-old Christopher Dalton keeps showing up where he’s not wanted – at his ex-wife’s Northside home.
“He’s going to the residence. One time he broke in and another time he was observed to be in the driveway of the residence, showing up in the unattached garage area of the house,” explained Sergeant John Savage with the Syracuse Police Department Warrant Squad.
Warrant Squad detectives describe Dalton as a drifter with a drug problem, who has now repeatedly violated a court order to stay away from his ex.
“Obviously the female is concerned in this case. He has not been aggressive toward her, but it’s an aggressive patter that he keeps going back there,” Sgt. Savage continued.
There are three warrants for Dalton. Dalton is 5’7” tall and 140 pounds. Call the tip line at 442-5230 if you know where police can find him.
